You should have received a sample of your child’s design along with an order form. Once you have decided what you would like to order please do the following:
In all cases, use the order form sent with the sample card and return to school office – NOT in your child’s bookbag please.
You can pay for your cards and other items in the following ways
1. Cash (in secure, annotated envelope) or cheque payable to La Fontaine Academy PTA handed in with your order form – write your child’s name on the back or attach it to the order form securely.
2. Bank transfer. Our details are CAF Bank s/c 405240 a/c 00060748. Detail your child’s surname as the reference (there is a limited text field, so abbreviate as necessary) and we’ll match it up to the form you send in. Write ‘BANK’ as your method of payment on the order form.
3. Use the paypal links below. Write ‘PAYPAL’ as your method of payment on the order form.
As you select from the drop down list and ‘add to cart’, a new paypal tab will open up in your browser – ignore this until you’ve added each type of item you wish to purchase. To add items for another child’s design, repeat this process having changed the name/class in the text box. Once you’ve added one of everything you’d like, go to the paypal tab to adjust quantities and check out.
The deadline is MONDAY 18th NOVEMBER.
