YOGA CLASSES FOR MIND, BREATH & BODY

LFA mum Mandy Horobin-Worley is a yoga teacher and holds Yoga classes for Mind, Breath & Body
She is specialised in working one to one and is a qualified yoga therapist
Suitable for all this positive and friendly class places emphasis on developing evenness of mind, fullness of breath and ease within the body. Incorporating posture, breathing, meditation, philosophy, visualisation and sound, the class will help you to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and to cultivate the skills you need to navigate the ups and downs of life.
At present there are two weekly classes :

GET FIT SESSIONS
Fay – a qualified fitness trainer – is providing fitness classes. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and aims to have you building strength and cardio fitness whilst having lots of fun. We work with a small network of free range, low-input farmers (including our own James Flower on Home Farm, Somerset) who are as passionate about food and farming as we are. We pay them a fair price, prepare every order by hand and deliver fresh to your home or office. Join your school’s flock and we’ll keep you updated with offers, recipes and news from our farms. We’ll donate 10% of anything you spend with us to your school, just make sure you use your special school code LAFONTAINE when you place your first order and we will allocate this and all future orders to your school.
